I think it's a moldy bagel from Winco or Costco, you know the tasty kind like Mom used to get from Winco? (Wait, you wouldn't know, since you didn't live here) But there was like cheesy bagels and they were AMAZING!
It looks like a cookie in saran wrap that was hung *right in front of* your camera while you were trying to take a picture of something else.
